Who We Are

Advantage Financial Services is a full-service Texas Mortgage Broker based out of San

Antonio. We are a family-based and multigenerational company that has been serving

families since 1998. Advantage has a heart to serve our clients, and it shows the number

of referrals we have built our business on.

Joanna Flores

I am a third generation Mortgage Lender, and I am honored to carry on the Legacy of

Excellence. My experience spans more than 25 years helping families achieve their

dreams of homeownership in our great State of Texas.

A graduate of St. Mary’s University, I studied Business Administration and Speech

Communications to better assist my clients. I am also very active in my community and

Church as I serve several Non-Profits and Ministries.

As an expert Problem Solver, I work tirelessly with my clients to help them prepare for

success as a Homeowner and beyond the mortgage to help them navigate any problems.

Hector Garcia

A native to San Antonio, I am proud to continue a Legacy of Excellence as a second-generation, bilingual Mortgage Professional. My experience spans more than 40 years and it has been my privilege to help families throughout Texas during this time.

I have been an advocate for affordable housing initiatives my entire career by serving as Chairman for the San Antonio Housing Trust, and I currently serve on the Board for the San Antonio Community Development Council.

My diverse experience allows me to serve my clients with a very unique skill set that allows me to assist them from A to Z in their journey to homeownership.
